GENERATIONAL SUCCESS LAB
The most important Inflection Moment today is Generational.
This is the first time in Recent History where the outlook for future generations is less bright than current generations.
The Social Contract between the generation in-leadership today, and those entering leadership, is frayed. From differing Perspectives around the Purpose of Work, Wealth and Parenting, to broader forces around Climate Change and Geopolitics, there is a deep need to align generations. That’s the objective of the Generational Success Lab (GSL). And it’s being created in collaboration with leading organisations such as Oxford University’s Said Business School.
The Generational Success Lab is being set up to:
Support Leaders (in-power and rising) to understand generational differences - particularly motivational differences. Both in Western contexts but also in emerging country contexts.
Develop common expectations (e.g. on areas like work-life balance, the right balance of pace vs delivery vs reflection), so that Leaders across generations feel clearer, more aligned and better supported.
Allow more time to reflect and pause – and also experiment with specific initiatives within each organisation, based around curiosity e.g. from AI to career pathing.
Please contact Sharath to explore ways to partner or collaborate with the Lab.
